*Please Note* The additional charge for extra display will be donated to a worthy cause, either to help towards restoration of our current historical venues or donated to local charities.

  • If you require more space, we are pleased to offer half-pitch and double-pitch options at our larger venues to accommodate your needs.

Marketing

  • Flyers for use of sharing on the internet and social media will be sent to each maker of the individual event. Leaflets will be made available to all stallholders to display locally upon request. Christmas Market Booking

  • To qualify for a space during the Bury Christmas Fair, we ask that a minimum of 3 other markets are booked throughout the year to allow all stallholders a chance at getting a slot at the market.

  • This can also include multiple dates booked at the Christmas market.

  • If you choose to cancel your remaining markets but are wanting to still hold your booking for a Christmas market date, this is possible if 2 previous markets have been attended. Otherwise this too will be cancelled to make it fair for other traders wanting to attend the popular event.

Indoor Stall arrangements

  • Tables are provided (measuring 6ft X 2ft) and two chairs for each table

  • Exhibitors may begin setting up from 9 am and should have their stalls completed for public opening at 10:30 am

Children Attending the Event

Children are welcome to attend the craft market, but they must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian at all times. Children under the age of 10 must be directly overseen by an adult while on the premises.

Please be mindful that some stalls may feature breakable, edible, or valuable items, and we ask that you take extra care to supervise your children in these areas. The market is a place of business, so we request that children remain quiet or are entertained outside of the market space to ensure a calm and professional environment for all participants and visitors.

If a child becomes overly disruptive or poses a safety concern, you may be asked to either remove the child from the event or arrange for an alternative guardian to collect them. Failing to comply with this request may impact your eligibility for future bookings at this or other events organized by us.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.
